Chris Hart was one of the first therapists in the country to use laser for hair removal, later opening her first clinic in 1997 in Manchester; this success was later followed by clinics in London, Leeds and Adlington. Her name is acknowledged nationally for her knowledge, ethical approach to her business and work helping other therapists to develop their skills.

The Clinics has been assessed in a recent Healthcare Commission inspection as exceeding many of the National Minimum Standards, which govern the use of laser and IPL systems. The inspector found “Openness and transparency have created an environment to ensure quality of treatment and services”. Areas of information provision, quality of treatment and care, monitoring of quality and care, client survey and training of staff were highlighted by the report.
